Group Fitness

Yoga

  • Rise & Shine Yoga! Monday mornings at 6:15am-7:15am at NW Fitness and Strength in Molalla. Gentle stretching with vinyasa flow. Blocks and straps provided, bring your own mat.

  • Chair Yoga on Wednesdays 10:30am-11:15am at NW Fitness and Strength in Molalla.

  • Evening Yoga on Wednedays at 6:20pm-7:20pm at NW Fitness and Strength in Molalla. Vinyasa flow. Blocks and straps provided, bring your own mat.

Senior Fitness

  • Join Sandy for Better Bones and Balance at the Molalla Adult Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00-9:45am to improve balance, gain strength and improve bone density.

  • On Mondays from 10:30-11:15am join Sandy for a no-impact Sit and Fit workout at NW Fitness and Strength

  • On Thursdays join Sandy at NW Fitness and Strength from 10:30-11:15am for Strength and Balance class

Running​

  • On Saturdays at 8:00am join Sandy and the rest of the Molalla Running Club at 215 East Main in Molalla for a free group run (multiple pace and distances based on attendance).
